Theme Finder

Find the one thing customers keep saying.

Theme Finder reads every review and pins each sentence under a theme: waiting time, staff, taste, cleanliness, price, parking. It shows which themes are rising, at which branch, so you fix the cause and not just the comment.

What it does

Inside Theme Finder.

Sentence-level themes

One review can praise the staff and complain about the wait. Each sentence is tagged on its own.

Rising and falling

See which themes grew this week compared with the last four, and which fixes are working.

Branch by branch

Waiting time might be a Branch 2 problem only. Theme Finder shows exactly where each theme lives.

Read the exact words

Click a theme to read the highlighted sentences behind it, from every platform.

Turn a theme into an alert

Set an alert on any theme, like “waiting” or “AC”, so managers hear about it the same day.

Works across languages

“Bahut der lagi” and “took forever” land in the same waiting time theme.

How it works

From scattered comments to a clear fix.

  1. 01

    Every sentence is read

Reviews from all platforms are split into sentences and understood in any of the three languages.

  2. 02

    Pinned to a theme

Each sentence joins a theme from your industry set, or a custom theme you add.

  3. 03

    Trends appear

Weekly counts show which themes are rising and which branches drive them.

  4. 04

    Fix and follow up

Make a change, set an alert, and watch the theme fall in the next report.

A closer look

Know if the fix worked.

When you make a change, Theme Finder keeps watching. The monthly report shows the theme falling, the rating moving and the exact sentences customers wrote after the change.

Restaurant, Branch 2

“Our rating dropped and we thought it was the food.”

Theme Finder showed 18 mentions of Sunday waiting time at one branch, while taste was praised. The owner added a token system on Sundays.

Branch 2 went from 3.9 to 4.3 in six weeks

Coaching centre

“Parents seemed unhappy but the reviews were all different.”

Most complaints came down to one theme: batch timing changes without notice. The centre started sending timing updates a week ahead.

Batch timing complaints fell to one a month

Hotel

“We kept replacing breakfast items. Ratings did not move.”

The theme was not taste but timing: breakfast ran out by 9:30. The kitchen now restocks until 10:30.

Questions

About Theme Finder.

Which themes are included?

Each industry starts with a tuned set. Restaurants get waiting time, taste, portion, hygiene, staff, billing and ambience. Clinics get appointment delays, reception, doctor communication and billing. You can add your own.

How many reviews do I need?

Themes are useful from about 30 reviews. With fewer, Kureview still tags each review so you can search by theme.

Can I rename or merge themes?

Yes. Rename, merge or split themes at any time, and past reviews are re-tagged automatically.

Does it work for private feedback too?

Yes. Messages from Feedback Links are tagged alongside public reviews, and you can view them separately or together.
