Terms of Service

1.Your account

You must provide accurate details when you sign up and keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for actions taken by members of your team under your account.

You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage every business listing you connect.

2.Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial for up to 3 branches. At the end of the trial you can choose a paid plan. If you do not, the account becomes read-only and is closed after 30 days.

3.Honest use of reviews

The Service exists to help you answer real customers. You agree not to use it to:

• Write, buy, sell, post or solicit fake reviews, or reviews from staff, family or people who were not customers.
• Offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.
• Ask only satisfied customers for reviews, or discourage unhappy customers from posting publicly.
• Harass, threaten or reveal personal information about a reviewer.
• Break the policies of Google, Facebook, Zomato, Justdial or any other connected platform.

4.AI reply drafts

Reply drafts are suggestions. A member of your team must review and approve each reply before it is posted, and you are responsible for the content of approved replies.

We work to keep drafts accurate and free of personal details, but AI can make mistakes. Please read every draft before approving it.

5.Plans, billing and taxes

Paid plans are charged per branch per month, billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Adding branches during a billing period is charged pro rata.

If a payment fails, we will notify you and may limit the account after 14 days.

6.Third-party platforms

The Service connects to platforms we do not control. Changes to their access rules or availability may affect features such as direct posting. We will tell you about any material impact and offer alternatives where possible.

7.Your data

You own your account data, including private feedback from your customers. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

8.Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other accounts or disrupt the Service.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or copy the Service without written permission.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to use.

9.Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times and schedule maintenance outside business hours in India where possible. Support channels depend on your plan.

10.Suspension and closure

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break the honest use or acceptable use rules, after notice where reasonable.

11.Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for changes in ratings or reviews on third-party platforms.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
