About billing.
What counts as a branch?
A branch is one physical location with its own listings, such as one Google Business Profile. Delivery-only brands from the same kitchen count as one branch per brand.
What is included in the free trial?
14 days of the Letter plan for up to 3 branches. Connect your listings, reply to reviews and see your first themes. You choose a plan at the end of the trial.
Can I mix plans across branches?
One plan applies to the whole account, so every branch gets the same tools and the Branch Board stays comparable.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes, prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Invoices for Indian businesses can be raised in rupees at the prevailing rate, with GST.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stay active until the end of the billing month. See the Refund Policy for yearly plans.
